She currently serves as the Director of Eagle Kids Learning Centre, a licensed and thriving daycare in British Columbia. As the visionary behind Eagle Kids, she established the center with a clear mission: to provide high-quality early childhood education rooted in play-based learning, STEM, and the holistic development of each child. The centre holds two active licenses an Infant & Toddler program for 24 children and a 3 to 5 Years program for 49 children nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence from the very beginning.
In Brazil, she is the founder of Western Bright School, a bilingual early childhood institution with more than 16 years of excellence. The school is widely recognized for its innovative educational approach and deep commitment to children and their families.
She holds a Law degree and an MBA in Business from Brazil, and is certified in Canada as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA). Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her ongoing studies in immigration pathways, educational leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation.
Above all, she is passionate about transforming lives through education. She is dedicated to empowering women, building global bridges in learning, and creating nurturing environments where both children and professionals are inspired to grow, lead, and thrive.
Alice Souza is an accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in Brazil, where she successfully founded and led her own law firm. Upon moving to Canada to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business, Alice developed a strong connection with Vancouver Island and discovered a new passion: early childhood education.
Currently, she plays a key role at a respected educational institution on Vancouver Island, supporting both daycare operations and after-school programs. Combining her background in law and business with her growing expertise in education, Alice brings a unique and valuable perspective to the field.
With a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and a commitment to purposeful leadership, Alice is now preparing to launch a new venture—guided by the same vision, resilience, and strategic thinking that have marked every stage of her professional journey.
